I appreciated the tea and coffee maker in the room. The bathroom included toiletries and I also found swift Wi-Fi. The location is very good. It is right on the main road and close to attractions.

The hotel room was a little hot. The staff said there was no air-con since it was still winter.

the location is amazing! manzoni metro station is just outside making it super easy to get around. i had half board! breakfast and dinner were both so good. i was impressed with the fresh options

the external and internal sound insulation was poor! i could hear corridor noise. it was a bit disturbing

The hotel is conveniently close to the metro.

The room was not sufficiently cleaned. The bathroom smelled of urine each time the toilet lid was opened, unacceptable for a four-star hotel. There was considerable noise from the hallways and adjacent rooms at all hours. Cleaning staff vacuumed the hallways early each morning.
