coffee maker equipped bathroom great location
I appreciated the tea and coffee maker in the room. The bathroom included toiletries and I also found swift Wi-Fi. The location is very good. It is right on the main road and close to attractions.
The hotel room was a little hot. The staff said there was no air-con since it was still winter.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was attentive (and always ready to help).
The hotel is not close to all tourist attractions. There are not many Italian restaurants nearby.

amazing location suberb dinner fresh options
the location is amazing! manzoni metro station is just outside making it super easy to get around. i had half board! breakfast and dinner were both so good. i was impressed with the fresh options
the external and internal sound insulation was poor! i could hear corridor noise. it was a bit disturbing

Acceptable Location, Noticeable Issues
unclean bathroom significant noise
The hotel is conveniently close to the metro.
The room was not sufficiently cleaned. The bathroom smelled of urine each time the toilet lid was opened, unacceptable for a four-star hotel. There was considerable noise from the hallways and adjacent rooms at all hours. Cleaning staff vacuumed the hallways early each morning.
